Holding Concerts, Recitals, Meetings
and Other Events at St. Wilfrid’s                 

St. Wilfrid’s is pleased to make its facilities available to the community for rental, to the extent that its facilities are not needed by the church. 

To make a request to schedule a concert, recital, meeting or other event at St. Wilfrid’s:

Please read carefully all of the forms that are linked below.

  1. Call (714) 962-7512 or e-mail the church administrator to determine date availability for your event   
  2. Print out and complete the Preliminary Event/Meeting Request Form and sign and date the Facility Use Agreement and bring to the church office or mail with a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. While the deposit is non-refundable, it is applied towards the rental fee for your event.  
  3. Upon approval of your request, the church administrator will provide you with a fully executed copy of the Facility Use Agreement.
