There are few joys that I experience in this world which are as meaningful as serving St. Wilfrid’s as Rector. The reason why this is true will be self-evident as you look through the pages of this website. Photographs only tell part of the story, but the lives represented in these pages are lives that God uses each year to make our shared community a more loving and grace-filled place.
St. Wilfrid’s is a vibrant community of faith with a treasured past and a very bright future. For more than 56 years, St. Wilfrid's has endeavored to be a faithful witness to the unfailing love of God in the greater Huntington Beach area. The journey has not always been smooth… we are a community of human beings after all. The photos, articles, sermons, and information that you will find here are testimony to a faithful people and a faithful God. The longer that journey continues, the more thankful and blessed we feel.
Thank you for adding your gifts and graces to this place we love so deeply! May the piece of history you now view on your screen and the vision it only partially captures inspire us all as we embark on the second half of the first St. Wilfrid's century.
Together in the service of Christ,
The Very Rev. Canon Michael D. Archer, Rector
